An innovative blend of Hatha yoga, body-centered psychology, experiential exercises and guided meditation, these classes create deep and lasting change to heal your most essential and enduring relationship; your relationship with your body.
Using the familiar tools of yoga and mindfulness, we offer a safe and inspiring setting for participants to deepen into loving, authentic and compassionate connection with their bodies. Stress, trauma, illness, injury and a culture in which bodies are viewed as commodities or machines leave many of us at a painful distance from the wisdom and resources alive within our own skins.
Individual and group exercise offer opportunities to identify unwanted habits held in neural patterns and muscle memory, release body blocks and self-limiting beliefs, and reclaim natural ease, balance and radiance. Participants leave with simple practices for honoring, nourishing and enjoying the themselves freely.
All sizes, shapes and experience levels welcome- unlike classes you find at a gym or yoga studio, the emphasis is on the internal experience, and freeing yourself from judgments of your body.
